PRICING AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

Jobfamilyorganics.org will confirm the price of items selected after you place your order. While Jobfamilyorganics.org strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, unintentional pricing or typographical errors may occur. Photos are exemplary of product advertised. Jobfamilyorganics.org reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information (including, without limitation, information related to text, pricing, availability and product descriptions) at any time without notice (including after you submitted your order and confirmation was received). In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Jobfamilyorganics.org shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any purchased orders placed for that item. If your credit card has been charged for any order subsequently cancelled, Jobfamilyorganics.org will issue a credit to your credit card. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Our mission is to deliver you the freshest groceries possible, so that you can be confident they are fresher than what you normally would buy in the grocery store.

PRODUCT LIABILITY

​

Although we as a business promise to abide by food safety guidelines in the storage of goods, you as the customer accept full liability for what you purchase and consume. Job Family Organics, LLP shall be held harmless for any adverse responses experienced by anyone who consumes food delivered by our service. We share information about the certifications and methods of our food producers/suppliers so far as we are informed. As such, we cannot be held liable for verifying these certifications or for any breach in these methods by the supplier.

REFUND POLICY AND ORDER CANCELLATION

​

We strive to bring you only the freshest produce and we believe in the quality of our products. However, should you ever receive food that is spoiled, please email us a picture of the spoiled product at kara.job@jobfamilyorganics.com within 24 hours of receiving it. If it can be shown that it was spoiled when you received it, we will refund your money for that item.

​

If, after you have signed up as a customer and placed an order, we are unable to arrange a delivery or pick-up time that works for you, we will refund you the cost of your order. If, because of some uncontrollable circumstance, we are not able to deliver your order at all, or if we are not able to deliver within the arranged window of time, we will refund you the full cost of your order. Refunds take several days to process.

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it online. 

​

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

​

If you wish at any time to discontinue your grocery service through us, there is no cancellation fee. However, we want to keep your business and will reach out to you to find out if there is a way we could better fulfil your needs.

AMENDMENTS

​

Job Family Organics reserves the right to change terms and conditions at any time. Should any change in Terms & Conditions occur, customers will be notified in advance.
